At the recommendation of the Ontario Ministry of Health before we visit , we will be calling you asking you the questions listed below. Have you traveled internationally within the last 14 days (outside of Canada)? Have you had contact with a confirmed or probably COVID-19 case? Have you had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has been outside Canada in the last 14 days? If you have indicated yes to any of the above questions, we cannot provide the regular service to your home or office. However we do provide a deep cleaning/ top to bottom disinfecting service. Specific products are used and precautionary measures are applied. The Situation is carefully assess before making the decision to provide such service. To Our valued Customers and Friends Sparkle Kleen Inc., is taking Corona virus Covid-19 very seriously as it impacts our communities. The Health, Safety and well-being of our Employees and customers is and always will be our top priority. We have taken all the steps to ensure our staff are well informed. What are we doing to Maintain Continuity for our Customers 1. Preventive Measures disinfectant Sanitizers masks Gloves (Single use) upon entering your home and office, our staff will spray a mixture of (Tea tree oil and Rubbing Alcohol) Following all guidelines of Public Health Agency of Canada 2. Encouraging our Team Member who has flu like symptoms will be asked to contact the Public Health Agency and follow the COVID-19 testing protocol, including self-isolation where required. Clean hands frequent with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water Cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with tissue or flexed elbow Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes and mouth Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surface Avoid Traveling Isolate yourself if you are sick 3. To protect yourself and others, we will be asking our customers if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to entering their home. 4. Team Members will be keeping recommended safe social distance and will not be shaking hands with customers, as suggested by the Public Health Agency of Canada As the situations unfolds, we have full confidence in our staff ability to adjust to the situation at hand and adapting the preventive measures set out by Public Health Agency of Canada. Let's do our part to be vigilant in the effort to contain the spread of this virus by adapting the protocols set out by Public health and World health organization.
